1. Agreement and eligibility
By using an OptiFlowz service, you agree to these terms and the applicable product description. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.
2. Accounts and security
Paid access is associated with an OptiFlowz account and, where supported, registered browser devices. Keep your account and devices secure, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not sell, share, or transfer access unless a product expressly allows it.
3. Products and acceptable use
You may use the tools for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not bypass licensing or security controls, interfere with the service, abuse automated endpoints, reverse engineer protected platform components where prohibited by law, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in euros before checkout and may vary by product and plan. Applicable taxes may be calculated during Stripe-hosted checkout. You authorize Stripe and its payment partners to process the selected charge. Card details are not collected by the browser extension.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until canceled. You can manage future billing through the Stripe billing portal in My account. Unless a refund or mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period.
6. One-time access
A one-time or “lifetime” product offer grants access to the purchased product for as long as OptiFlowz continues to provide and support that product under these terms. It is not a promise that a specific browser, third-party website, feature, or online service will remain available forever.
7. Refunds
The voluntary 14-day first-purchase promise is described in the Refund policy. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
8. Third-party services and changes
The tools depend on browsers, websites, Stripe, Cloudflare, and other third-party systems that may change independently. We may update features, compatibility, security requirements, or prices. A changed subscription price applies only after notice and any consent required by law.
9. Availability, warranties, and liability
We aim to provide reliable, secure tools, but availability and compatibility are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties and OptiFlowz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal obligation. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using free tools or cancel paid subscriptions at any time.
11. Governing terms
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without removing mandatory protections or forums available to consumers under applicable law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. We may update these terms prospectively and will post the revised date.
